There is no paid product yet, so these terms cover only this site, the early access list and the free prompt generator. They will be replaced before anything is charged for.

What this site is

A description of a product in development, a form for joining the early access list, and a free prompt generator with usage limits. No account is created and nothing is charged.

The early access list

Joining the list is not a purchase, a reservation, or a promise that you will be given access on any particular date, or at all. You can ask to be removed at any time and the removal is unconditional. What is stored is described on the privacy page.

The prompt generator

The generator is free to try. It has limits on prompt length and on how much one visitor can generate, and those limits, the voices and the formats can change or be withdrawn at any time without notice. Speech is synthesised by Gradium TTS, a third party, so check Gradium's terms before using audio from it in a commercial product.

You are responsible for the text you enter and for how you use the audio, including the rules on recorded calls, consent and unsolicited calls that apply where your callers are. Do not use it to impersonate a person or an organisation, or to deceive or defraud anyone. What the generator handles is described on the privacy page.

Information on this site

Product details, supported formats and language coverage describe what is being built and may change. Third-party benchmark figures are labelled with their source and the date they were read; those sources are updated by their publishers and may no longer match by the time you read this page. Check the linked source rather than relying on the figure here.

Other companies and products named on this site are named for comparison and identification. Their trademarks belong to their respective owners.

This site is provided as is. IVR Voice Gen does not warrant that it will be available without interruption or that the information on it is free of errors, and is not liable for decisions made on the basis of it.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date below is the date of the current version. Material changes affecting people on the early access list will be sent to them by email.
